By purchasing my services, you accept that the Terms and Conditions set out here represent a legally binding contract between yourself and Irina Ashtari Official.

  1. Engaging in physical exercise can present inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. As this is an online program, you are encouraged to send videos to Irina Ashtari Official for form analysis. By participating in any physical exercise or training activities, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. In the event of an injury, you agree to seek assistance from a qualified medical professional.

  2. You confirm that you have thoroughly read and understood these terms and conditions, which include a comprehensive release of liability regarding Irina Ashtari Official. Although results from this online coaching program and nutritional advice may vary, I cannot guarantee any specific outcomes, but rest assured that all services will be provided as described.

  3. Upon payment for your initial coaching package and any associated deposits, you understand that these payments are non-refundable. All financial agreements, including installment payments, must be honored as stipulated.

  4. Should you wish to terminate your agreement for online coaching services, you must provide a 14-day notice via email to admin@irinaofficial.com 

  5. It is your responsibility to submit weekly check-ins, or otherwise agreed-upon reports, and maintain regular communication with your coach at Irina Ashtari Official.

  6. Irina Ashtari Official reserves the right to utilize any “before and after” images for promotional purposes, both online and offline, with your prior consent.

  7. By signing up for Irina Ashtari Official's online coaching services, you will be added to our mailing list to receive updates on company news, events, and new content. You have the right to opt out of this list at any time.

  8. The information and guidance provided by Irina Ashtari Official do not substitute for professional medical advice. Anyone wishing to engage with this program acknowledges this understanding.

  9. These terms and conditions are considered accepted upon your purchase of Irina Ashtari Official’s coaching services, without the need for a signature unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  10. The duration of this agreement shall commence on the date mutually agreed upon by both parties and shall last for a minimum period of three months.

  11. Upon reaching the milestone of 10 weeks prior to a competition or event, all cancellation requests will be deemed invalid, and there exists a binding obligation to maintain a minimum commitment period of six weeks following the conclusion of the event.
